Chiller #1 Chiller #2 6/10 benchmark
Flow per chiller: Tons = GPM × ΔT ÷ 24. Defaults = 250-ton design (600/750); chilled evap rating 960 GPM max. When both chillers run the pumps roughly split, so set each chiller's actual flow here.
Compressor kW calibration (1 point = linear through 0; add a 2nd point = affine fit): Measured: #1 = 106.9 kW @ 69% RLA (1 pt). #2 = 98 kW @ 68% + 155.9 kW @ 100% spec nameplate (affine, kW ≈ 1.81·RLA − 25). Drives Compressor Power & energy balance.
Fallback estimate (used only if calibration is cleared): kW = √3·V·A·PF, A = RLA% × rated. VFD-driven (Trane Agility), so this is rougher than the measured calibration above.
